Exciting News: My New Osteopathy Clinic is Open in Angel, London!

I’m thrilled to announce the launch of my new osteopathy clinic in Angel, London. This has been a dream in the making for some time, and I’m excited to finally open the doors and begin welcoming clients starting Monday, May 12th. Whether you’re dealing with persistent back pain, recovering from a sports injury, or simply in need of a therapeutic reset after long days at your desk, I’m here to help you feel better and move better.

Located just five minutes from Angel underground station, this calm and welcoming clinic space was chosen intentionally—to offer a peaceful escape from the rush of city life. My goal is to create a space where your health, comfort, and well-being come first. The soft launch hours will be every Monday from 4–8 PM throughout May and June, with expanded availability beginning in July. Appointments can be booked quickly and easily on my website.

A New Location, the Same Dedication

I’ve built my practice on one essential principle: person-centred care. The opening of my Angel clinic represents a continuation of this approach in a central London location. This clinic aims to serve not just individuals living in the neighbourhood, but also anyone working nearby or commuting through the vibrant Islington area.

Whether it’s office-related tension, a longstanding sports injury, pregnancy-related discomfort, or general aches and pains, I focus care on what’s most important: you—your story, your needs, and your goals.

Why Angel?

Choosing Angel as the location for my second clinic was a decision deeply rooted in accessibility and convenience. Central yet tranquil, Angel offers the perfect balance of city energy and community warmth. With strong transport links and a variety of health and wellness-focused neighbours, the location is ideally suited for those seeking osteopathic care either during their workday or after hours.

My clinic is located on City Road, just a short five-minute walk from Angel tube station and well-connected by several bus routes. This makes it easy for clients to attend appointments after work, during a lunch break, or on their way home for the evening. And with lunchtime or early evening appointments now available, taking care of your musculoskeletal health has never been more convenient.

A Little Background on Me

For those who are new to my practice, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Jeremy, and I’m a registered osteopath and clinic tutor at the University College of Osteopathy (UCO). I teach and mentor the next generation of osteopaths, something I feel is not only a great responsibility but also an incredibly rewarding part of my professional life. I completed my five-year osteopathy training at UCO (formerly the British School of Osteopathy), and I draw upon a rich and varied background in health and wellness.

Before becoming an osteopath, I worked as a holiday rep and flight attendant—roles that ignited my appreciation for how the human body is affected by lifestyle, travel, and stress. That sense of curiosity led me to become a sports massage therapist, and eventually to develop a deep understanding of human anatomy and movement through osteopathy training. It’s safe to say my career has been shaped by a lifelong pursuit of understanding how to help people feel their best, both mentally and physically.

What to Expect During Your Appointment

Whether it’s your first experience with osteopathy or you’re returning after past treatment, each session with me is tailored to your individual needs. It begins with a thorough conversation to explore your medical history, lifestyle factors, and personal goals. Treatment isn’t just about addressing a site of pain—it’s about understanding the bigger picture. My focus is to identify and treat the root cause of symptoms, not just the symptoms themselves.

Osteopathy is a manual therapy, which means we work with the body using hands-on techniques to support structural and functional balance. This might include:

  • Soft tissue techniques to release muscular tension
  • Joint mobilisations to improve range of motion and reduce stiffness
  • Stretching and movement guidance to help create more resilient movement patterns
  • Rehabilitation exercise advice to build strength and long-term well-being

I always explain what I’m doing and why, empowering you in your care process. You’ll never feel like you’re just on the receiving end of treatment—you are an active participant in your own health journey. I incorporate evidence-informed practices along with clinical expertise and a dose of warm, friendly communication. Your comfort, empowerment, and trust are integral to how I work.

Conditions Commonly Treated

Osteopathy is highly effective for a wide range of conditions. In the Angel clinic, my work often supports individuals who are experiencing:

  • Back and neck pain
  • Shoulder and arm discomfort
  • Desk posture-related tension
  • Sports injuries
  • Pregnancy-related aches and pelvic issues
  • Hip, knee, and ankle pain
  • Tension headaches and jaw discomfort
  • Long-term muscular tightness

You don’t need a formal diagnosis to come and see me—many of my clients come in just feeling “not quite right” in their bodies. We’ll work together to understand what’s going on and create a plan that works for you.

What Clients Say

Nothing means more to me than hearing how clients are feeling after treatment. My work is always one-to-one, personal, and reflective of what individuals need the most—not a “one-size-fits-all” approach. Here’s what a few of my past clients have shared:

“Jeremy really took the time to listen and understand the root of my back pain. After a few sessions I not only felt physical relief, but I felt so empowered with knowledge about my posture and how to help myself at home.”

“I’ve never felt rushed with Jeremy—his combination of care, professionalism, and genuine warmth makes every appointment feel supportive. He’s helped me through long-standing shoulder tension that no one else seemed to get to the bottom of.”

“As a runner recovering from injury, I came to Jeremy looking for guidance. Not only did he help get me pain-free, but his movement advice and rehab plan got me back out in the park safely. Can’t recommend him enough.”

Why Strong Therapeutic Relationships Matter

One of the most important lessons I’ve learned—through both my clinical work and my life experience—is that healing is not just about manual techniques or diagnoses. It’s also about connection. I believe strongly in creating safe, respectful, and trusting therapeutic relationships. That means truly listening, remaining empathetic, and working with clients every step of the way.

As someone with a diverse and well-travelled background, I understand deeply that each person brings their own history, stresses, and stories to the table (sometimes literally!). Life experiences matter in the clinical room. My practice honours that.
