For those of you visiting my clinic in Angel, London for the first time—welcome. My name is Jeremy, and I’m an osteopath and clinic tutor at the University College of Osteopathy (UCO). My career path into osteopathy began in a rather unconventional way—from working as a holiday rep and flight attendant (yes, those long-haul flight aches and travel stresses are very familiar to me!) to becoming a sports massage therapist, then completing a five-year osteopathic degree at the UCO.

Over the years, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for how the body works, how it compensates, and how we can support it to restore function and reduce pain. I continue to pass on this knowledge by mentoring future osteopaths at the UCO, which allows me to stay engaged with the latest research and best practices in the field.

What to Expect at Your Appointment

My clinic is located at JJB Osteopath, CuraRooms, 384 City Rd, London EC1V 2QA. I work Mondays from 5:00pm to 8:00pm, which is ideal for those looking to squeeze in a treatment after work or as a pre-bedtime reset.

If this is your first visit, our initial consultation (50 minutes, £80) will involve a thorough case history, assessment, and treatment. Follow-up appointments are £70 for 35 minutes and are focused on monitoring your progress and continuing with your treatment plan.

I also provide sports massage appointments (60 minutes, £80), which are suitable whether you’re recovering from athletic activity or just feeling tight and tense from daily life.

  2. Address your posture. Revisit your desk setup if you’re working from home. Small changes in seating and screen height can reduce a lot of strain.
  3. Hydrate and stretch. We often drink less water when traveling. Rehydration and gentle daily stretching can support tissue health and circulation.
  4. Listen to your body. Pain is a signal—don’t ignore persistent aches, as they might become chronic if left untreated.
